How to Apply

Our Unified Access Process

The old "Production" and "Preparatory" access tracks have been replaced by a single, streamlined process. Applications are now accepted on a continuous, year-round basis.

Step 1: Review the "Conditions for Access"

Before applying, it is essential to familiarize yourself with our complete access policy. This document outlines the evaluation criteria, user obligations, resource limits, and the specific terms for both free and paid access.

Step 2: Prepare Your Project Information

The entire application is completed within our online form. Before starting, you should prepare all necessary information, including a detailed project description, a clear methodology, and a technical justification for the resources you are requesting.

Step 3: Submit Your Project Application

Once your project information is ready, the Principal Investigator can proceed to our application portal to fill in the fields and submit the request. Our committee reviews project proposals weekly.

Step 4: Create Individual User Accounts

After a project application is approved, each individual team member (including the PI) who requires access to the system must submit a separate "Request a new account" form. This is where each user accepts the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP).
